Legwork

Knowledge skill + linked attribute for a contact to know something.

Charisma + connection (variable, 1 hour) to see how much they find out.

Networking

Charisma + connection with threshold equal to relative importance to set a meet. Otherwise might set a meet with an intermediary.

Swag

Use contact's charisma and negotiation in place of the character's for availability test. Add connection rating. Finders fee is connection x 5%.

Favors

Friendship discount: charisma + negotiation opposed test. Add loyalty to the character's test. About 10% per net hit (use judgement).

Favor Description
1 Minor, ex. deliver message
2 Low, ex. first-line supervisor signature
3 Medium, ex. access to mid level restricted area
4 Moderate, ex. middle manager signature
5 Serious, ex. access to high level security area
6 Major, ex. senior manager signature

Contacts will do favors up to loyalty rating. Otherwise make charisma + negotiation opposed test and owe the contact a favor.
