Requires forbidden hardware. Area jammers and spot jammers.

Complex action. Any device with signal less than jammer's signal is overwhelmed. ECCM programs (p. 227) works to counter jammers (adds to rating for the purpose of overcoming jammers).

• Area jammers: rating reduced by 1 / 5 m
• Directional jammers: rating reduced by 1 / 20 m, and works in a 30 degree cone
